Rose Water

A natural toner, rose water has cooling properties, perfect for the summer months. It reduces redness and inflammation, has anti-aging properties and antioxidants. All qualities that create happy, healthy skin.

Is your phone the first and last thing you interact with in your day?


Why not challenge yourself and transform your morning/evening routine by replacing screen time with reading, mindfully drinking a cup of tea, journaling or meditating.


Hypermobile Yogis

Around 20% of the people I teach are hypermobile without realising it or understanding what it means. The Hypermobile Yogis page has great tools to keep your practice safe and srong. Flexibility isn't everything!



NN Food Space

A new pop up veggie/vegan supper club arrived in Northampton this month.


Run by James and Emlyn, these two Northampton boys bring their art degrees to a whole new level with unique creations and culinary delights.

Anjali Mudra (prayer hands)
