May Favourites

How are we coming to the end of May!? What a beautiful month its been. The sun has been shining, nature is blooming into deep green hues and for the most part, we have been finding a new rhythm.

As things begin to stabilise and arise once more, these have been my coping tools throughout May:

Reflex: The Game

A critical thinking game that asks straight to to the point questions that enable us to really observe and analyse our initial reaction and answer. If you want to liven up your day to day conversations I would highly recommend. You can buy yours here.

Arts & Crafts

We are all creative being and creativity is all around us. I've found arts & crafts to be therapeutic during this time. It keeps me out of my head, allows me to concentrate and be in the moment.

Covid-19

I hope I don't sound sinister but the covid-19 pandemic has been somewhat of a revelation for many of us. It has put a lot of things into perspective; what we want, what we don't want. How we want to live moving forward, what truly makes us happy? All these questions that have been brought to the forefront so that hopefully, we move forward from this with clarity and truth like never before.

Nettle Tea

Nettle tea has many health benefits and aids the detoxification process. As previously mentioned, drinking tea can be a ritual in itself. Do you speak intention into your tea? What would you like to take from the tea? Cleansing, healing, energy? Whilst your tea brews, take a hold of the mug and speak intention and ingest.

Low Lunge

By undertaking some extra workouts I've needed to work on stretching my hip flexors and quads that little bit more. Low lunge has been a perfect way of opening through the hips and aiding recovery.
